Chastity for Beginners
A practical starting point for a first lock with clear terms and real support.
Agree on the exit before the start
Write how normal release works, what counts as an emergency, and who can act. Keep the emergency path boring and reachable.
If another person holds accountability, confirm that either person can stop before the lock begins. Consent stays active the whole time.
Make the physical setup boring
Check fit, circulation, skin condition, hygiene access, and the device maker’s instructions. Do not use damaged equipment or push through pain or numbness.
Hold My Keys records plans and time. It cannot inspect, lock, or unlock a physical device for you.
Choose useful check-ins
Pick a schedule you can keep. A check-in should confirm wellbeing and the agreed plan, not pressure anyone to continue past comfort.
After the first short session, review what worked before you lengthen the timer.
